In case of bad weather, follow the event status in Statusfy:
Participants blindly pick a red/blue/black bandana to form the 3 teams of up to 12 players. The 3 teams will compete in 6 events with the 1st place team of each event getting 3 points, 2nd place gets 2 points, and 3rd place gets 1 point (but only if they finish the event). The team with the most event points will win the competion and be crowned Mango Mayhem Champions.
Goal: The first team to reach the finish line wins
Rules: Each team places 4 players at the start, 4 players at the midpoint, and 4 players at the last segment. Upon start, first 4 players on each team must open their bag and put on the cloths in the bag. Once dressed all 4 players stand on their fence slats (like skis) and must walk in unison to the 2nd set of team members. Upon reaching the mid-point line, the team members must remove their cloths and the 2nd team members must put the items on. They then proceed to the 3rd set of players and repeat. The first team to reach the finish line wins.
Assistants: Needed to take embarassing photos
Rules: Each team stands in their starting area. The first player of each team holds their baton. Upon start, run up the yard to the top of the slip and slide and slide to the end. Players must touch either blue mat at the end of the slide, and then proceed to their colored flip cup station. Players drink the beer in their solo cup, then place the cup on the edge of the table and try to flip it face down. Keep trying until the cup lands face down. Run to your starting area and pass the baton to the next player.
Assitants: Needed at each flip cup station to fill new cups for each player.
Goal: The first team to have all players kayak through the course wins when the final players reach the finish line.
Rules: Each team stands in their starting area. Upon start, teams must collect and carry 2 paddles, 4 life preservers, and their kayak from the yard and move them to the lake course. At that point, members take turns putting on the life preservers and kayaking through the starting gate buoys, around the 2 course buoys, and back through the gates.
You can kayak around the course in either direction.
You can take up to 4 players on the kayak at a time as you want, but all players must be on the kayak when going through the start and finish gates and wearing their life preservers. If players fall off the kayak, they can swim back to the start to try again on the next relay, or can swim to the midpoint inflatable dock to board the kayak from it.
Assistants: Needed to watch for boat traffic
Goal: Knock down all the water balls with your hose head apparatus in 1 minute. Team that wins the most rounds wins event.
Rules: Players battle it out head-to-head-to-head trying to be the first to knock down all the water bottles in 1 minute. If no player knocks down all the bottles, the player with the most wins the round. The team that wins the most rounds wins the event.
If 2 teams tie in a round, both get the "win". If all 3 tie, no team wins the round.
Goal: Score the most corn hole points in least amount of time.
Rules: First player holds the baton/marker. At start, spin around a baseball bat 5 times. Throw 2 corn hole bags to get points. A bag on the board gets 1 point, a bag in the hole gets 3 points (no leaners... 1 point). Player then must retrieve bags AND must write their score on the whiteboard. A score of 0 must still be written on the board. Player runs back to start and passes the baton/marker to next player. That player can not start spinning until they have the baton.
The team that finishes first wins a bonus 5 points. The team that finishes 2nd gets 2 point bonus.
In case of a tie, tied teams choose 4 players to throw 1 bag each... if still tied, additional players throw a bag until no tie.
Goal: Hit your wiffle ball across the goal line. Team that scores all balls in least amount of time wins (or that gets the most goals in 5 minute limit).
Rules: Teams compete 1 at a time. All players of competing team line up at start with 1 wiffle ball and 1 hose aparatus tied to waist. The 2 non-competing teams elect 1 player each to play defense and line up at opposing side with their hose aparatus. At start competing team swings their aparatus trying to knock their ball towards goal line. Defenders can try to knock the balls away to prevent goals, but only within the goal box.
Balls can only be moved with the hose aparatus. Any unintentional movement should be reset back to starting area.
Balls must stay in the field. If the ball is knocked out of bounds, player must place the ball back at the starting line.
If a player scores a goal, they can remain in the playing field to help their teammates.
Assitants: Needed as line judges to spot out of bounds.
